PODCAST:#54 Interview with Beth Walker

Organization in the Moving Chaos

TFNL would like to welcome back Beth Walker. Beth has become a good friend of Corinne’s. She’s encouraged and mentored her in the last few years especially this last year going through the move up to Central Valley.

Beth is an author, mentor, speaker, marketing director, encourager, blogger and a fellow coach’s wife.

She comes on the podcast to share her wisdom and insight in the moving process. She’s done a move or two in her time. Ha! She talks about some ways that we can feel more controlled and ready during a time that can feel the most chaotic.

Here’s a few points that you will come away with after listening…

  1. Color code your boxes.

  2. Be in prayer and journal during your moving process

  3. Make sure you take some time to say goodbye well.  It’s important to take the time to let people know you valued their friendship and the time you had with them.

  4. Get rid of everything! Ha!!! But seriously, Purge on the Regular!!

  5. We can’t control our happiness, but we can control our Response!!!

  6. Think “Fresh Start”!

  7. Sometimes a closed door can be “A Season of Rest!”

  8. You have to show people you are willing to be “interested in being invited in”!

Here’s where you can find Beth…
